About Us

We are a non-profit NGO registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860.

About Us

We don’t believe that the underprivileged should stay at Child Care Institutions as their rules are very strict and sometimes this can result in misutilisation. Our motto is that the children should always stay with their mother and we support them in every possible way. Our goal is the socio-economic development of women and children.

We appeal to the people to come out in support of this initiative by not only contributing monetarily where possible but also volunteer to the cause.

Women Empowerment Programs

Support for Orphanages

Old Age Home Assistance

Child Welfare Initiatives
Focused on education, nutrition, and protection for children living in poverty or difficult circumstances.

How does it work?

Our concept is not to send the children to Child Care Institutions as they cannot provide food and shelter properly. We in turn provide adequate education and support to the child and mother so that they don’t have to stay at orphanages.

There is cutthroat competition in this era and somehow, we have lost our will to empathize with the underprivileged and educate and help them sustain themselves and their children.
Currently, there is a huge problem of awareness among underprivileged people. They need to realise that education of their children is the only way of preventing their children’s exploitation in the future.

We have a ‘Masti Ki Pathshala’ where we provide food, education, nutrition knowledge and help to single mothers and underprivileged women and their children. We see this as a great initiative to end this cycle of exploitation by educating and reaching out to children at an early age and making them understand the value of education in the society by making them aware that we care.

There is a huge problem of policy outreach at the grassroots level due to various reasons. We wish to override that and do out bit in our own way. Separating the child from his/her mother is very traumatic for both the child and mother. So, we make sure that the child and mother is always together and help them in many ways on top of that.

We provide creche facilities for underprivileged working mothers so that their children are well taken care of while they are engaged in work. We provide the children with food and nutrition too. At our ‘Masti Ki Pathshala’ we support orphanages and old age homes by providing them with food, recreational yoga and self-defence for protection. We have also come up with a women’s helpdesk called ‘Meri Sakhi’. We believe in making the women aware of their rights, both from privileged and underprivileged backgrounds.
